  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Certain items such as final sale products, perishable goods, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Late or Missing Refunds
